Harvest Festival Deadlines Approaching


Dear FDP Members:
 
We only have a few booth spaces left for the October 6th Harvest Festival so make sure you send your registration form in this week if you haven't done so  (no need to e-mail if you sent it in already). Click on the following link to download and print the form:  2013 Harvest Festival Registration Form
 
Important Reminders:
 
Everyone must fill out a registration form in order to participate even if you are a downtown business and an FDP member.
 
If your registration is postmarked after September 1st you must include a $35.00 late fee to reserve your space (no exceptions).
 
NO registrations will be accepted after September 5th.
 
We will e-mail all participants after September 15th with your booth placement.
 
Downtown Businesses:
Please remember to send in your registration form by September 1st if you plan to participate. If we don't receive a registration form we will assume you are not participating in the event.
 
Sponsors Still Needed:  Please let us know if you would like to sponsor this year's festival.  All sponsors will have their booth location on Main Street on Sponsorship Row. Deadline for all press materials is September 4th.

Volunteers:
If you would like to volunteer for this event please contact Bryan Taberner at btaberner@franklin.ma.us.  We need many hands to help us run this event so please consider helping with set-up or clean-up.
